What payment methods do you accept?

We accept common online payment methods, including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available checkout options.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund after payment?

Yes. If you contact us within 1 day after placing the order, the payment can usually be refunded before the order is processed.

Please contact us at admin@fulteng.com as soon as possible with your order details.

Shipping

How long does shipment take?

Order preparation usually takes 3–5 working days before shipment.

After the order is shipped, international delivery usually takes around 3–10 days, depending on the destination country and local delivery process.

How will my order be delivered?

We use e-commerce logistics to deliver the order to you.

The general process is:

  1. Order processing — payment is checked and stock is confirmed.
  2. Packing — the product is picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
  3. Carrier hand-off — the package is passed to the logistics provider.
  4. Last-mile delivery — the local courier delivers the package to your address or collection point.

When will I receive the tracking number?

The tracking number is usually available only after the package reaches the last-mile courier stage.

This means tracking may not appear immediately after the order is packed or shipped.

Return policy

Can I return a standard product?

Yes. Standard products can be returned for any reason within 7 days after you receive the goods.

Please note:

  • The item should be returned in its original condition.
  • The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
  • The standard return shipping cost is USD $35.

Can I return a custom product?

Custom products are made or prepared according to your specific requirements, so they usually cannot be returned.

Custom products can only be returned or handled if there is a confirmed quality problem with the product.

Checkerboard Calibration Targets are designed for camera calibration, distortion analysis, optical alignment, and machine vision measurement workflows. Each model combines substrate material, target size, block size, pattern size, thickness, array format, and accuracy into a single selectable Model option.

Available configurations include glass and aluminum substrates, 12x9 checkerboard arrays, 3.2mm thickness, and block sizes from 1.5mm to 60mm.

What is a Checkerboard Target

The checkerboard pattern consists of alternating black and white squares. Corner points are located at the black-and-white boundaries, and their sub-pixel coordinates are extracted using Harris or Shi-Tomasi corner detection. Corner extraction accuracy: 0.01~0.05 pixels (theoretically).

Physical Understanding of the Checkerboard Target

Each corner point of the checkerboard calibration board is a "precise physical coordinate reference point." Since the boundaries of the black and white squares are absolutely straight and precisely equidistant in the physical world (factory machining accuracy can reach ±0.001mm), the spatial positions of these corner points are "absolutely known." After the camera captures an image, these corner points are projected as pixels. By establishing the correspondence between "physical coordinates → pixel coordinates," the camera's intrinsic and extrinsic parameters can be deduced.

How to select a Checkerboard Target

Key Specifications:

Size: The calibration board diagonally should cover 60%~80% of the field of view. Too small a size will reduce calibration accuracy; too large a size will not cover the entire field of view.

Cube Size: The cube should cover 20~50 pixels. Too large a size is detrimental to sub-pixel positioning; too small a size is easily affected by noise.

Accuracy Grade: Industrial-grade accuracy is ±0.025mm (corresponding to RMS < 0.3 pixels).

Applicable Scenarios:
General industrial inspection (preferred choice)
Area scan camera calibration
Monocular vision calibration
Laboratory precision measurement

Unsuitable Scenarios:
Scenarios with large tilt angles (>30°) (corner points may be occluded or distorted)
Low-light environments (insufficient corner contrast)
Scenarios with reflective or transparent objects (requires backlight transmissive type)
