Product Introduction
This rotating waveplate mount is specially designed for optical elements such as waveplates and polarizers that require precise angle adjustment. It adopts a 360° continuous rotation structure and features a laser-engraved graduated dial together with an alignment mark on the base, enabling visual angle reading and repeatable positioning. Multiple thread standards are available, covering common threaded apertures from SM05 to SM4 and M7 to M45. A retaining ring is included for securing the optical element. The mount is suitable for circular optics with diameters from Φ5 to 101.6 mm. The M4 threaded hole at the bottom allows easy integration with posts, bases, and other opto-mechanical components, making it easy to incorporate into experimental optical setups.

Product Features
-
360° Continuous Rotation The mount features a graduated rotating lens/waveplate holder. The dial is laser-engraved with clear, wear-resistant markings, with a minimum division of 2°. It is suitable for precise angle adjustment in polarization state control, phase retardation tuning, and similar applications.
-
Multiple Size Compatibility It can be used with optical elements from Φ5 mm to Φ101.6 mm, covering typical application scenarios from small-aperture waveplates to large-aperture polarizers.
-
Standard Threads + Retaining Ring Fixation The front side provides standard threaded mounting apertures (SM05–SM4 / M7–M45). One retaining ring is supplied to press and secure the installed optical element, ensuring a reliable structure that is not prone to loosening.
-
Angle Locking and Alignment Design A side-mounted setscrew is used to lock the graduated dial and maintain the target angle stably. The alignment mark on the base can be used together with the dial to achieve fast, accurate angle positioning and repeatable adjustment.
-
Bottom M4 Threaded Hole An M4 threaded hole is reserved on the bottom, allowing the mount to be firmly connected to posts, bases, or other optical platforms, facilitating integration into various experimental optical systems.
